Trump’s New Immigration Policy: What to Expect and Prepare?
Community Awareness Discussion on Trump’s New Immigration Executive Orders and Your Rights

Kim & Bae, P.C. is sponsoring a Community Awareness Discussion on Trump’s New Immigration Executive Orders and Your Rights on April 4th, 6:30pm at St. John’s Lutheran Church (155 North Street, Jersey City)

It is explicit that the new government and its new executive orders on immigration policy are already affecting the community: Not only immigrants, all citizens are now the potential suspects of illegal immigration and victims of random profiling, summons and, at worst, deportation. People are not comfortable anymore to enter government facilities because of the fear they may be targeted and questioned unnecessarily.
In response, this office has prepared an open discussion seminar to alarm the community of the new orders and the government’s plan of action. At this event, presentations on the following topics will be provided:
 -Overview of the New Executive Orders and Their Scope
 -The Impact of the New Executive Orders on the Community
 -Presentation on “Your Rights and Available Help”
 -Emergency Family Planning in the Event of Deportation
This event is honored by the most experienced immigration counsels at Kim & Bae, P.C., Wanda Molina, Esq. and Farzad Ramin, Esq. along with BJ Kim, Esq., the partner, who will be giving out professional and practical legal advice on every possible emergency situation. Kim & Bae attorneys will be joined by community activists, poets, and other members of the community.
