You should learn and promote personal growth without making mistakes. I am a firm believer of learning through mistakes, but at Kim&Bae, a very tiny mistake can lead to huge consequences. Always be cautious and always be perfect. If you do a sloppy job, you are not just wasting your time, but you are also wasting someone else’s time to check your work. Do not make judgements based on assumptions, even if you are 99.9% confident, that 0.1% can collapse the whole thing to dust. Most importantly, don’t just work. Bring back results.
